Data consulting &
analytics services

For modern CFOs and their finance teams, becoming data-driven can at times feel like climbing a mountain. Disparate IT systems, decentralized processes, and even incompatible business language across departments often appear as impregnable barriers for reaching courageous goals. Important operational data seems to be hidden in siloes, unavailable for financial performance measurement.

Mobilize data from Industry 4.0 technology for better business decisions.

Applying our more than a decade Big 4 audit, data analytics and software development experience, we follow a rigorously finance driven approach. To break barriers and unlock the value of your enterprise data we structure our services along the three objectives of a modern finance organization:

We redesign your management reports using dynamic analytics – descriptive, predictive, prescriptive – for better decision making from the executive level to operational management.

We create automated data validation routines, analytics and visualizations to pre-audit your data, reduce manual effort for the finance team and help lower your compliance cost.

We establish digital process maps to help identify and quantify risks and flag improvement potential in your processes.

The nature of the services we apply
is tailored to your needs and can include any or all of the range:

Be.DP2: our Big enterprise Data Platform  – Describe and Predict

At eifas, data services are an indispensable building block for our platform development. After working with a variety of solutions from ERP to BI, we know: to unleash the full potential of enterprise data the right technology is needed – and it does not yet exist in the market. Solutions addressing specific operational data problems are used in siloes while a disparate landscape of ERP and finance tools make it sheer impossible to harmonize, access and navigate through enriched financial data in real time. A big enterprise data platform is required. A platform that consumes data from all relevant sources, links the data in a common data model, and provides a guided workflow to navigate through existing analytics and design new analytics easily.

And we know how to do it. Our vision has been shaped through unique experiences building the audit platform of the future within the Big 4. Our business team has audited and consulted businesses of various sizes and industries, including multiple Fortune 100 companies. Our technology team has more than a decade experience in building operational solutions. We have received seed funding and have made the first steps on the roadmap to building our platform. The components we have built currently serve our German business to execute the finance function for small and mid-sized businesses (Explore our German business).
