Mr. Geisler founded eifas Inc. in cooperation with the founders of eifas Germany [link] and serves as the CEO of eifas USA. He looks back on 15 years’ experience in digital transformation, business analysis, process optimization and relationship building as a strategy oriented finance executive.
Previously, Mr. Geisler served in various roles at EY in USA and Europe:
At EY, Mr. Geisler achieved multiple awards and was member of a global panel of Global Client Service Partners (GCSP) serving largest EY accounts worldwide to realize growth strategies.
Recently, Mr. Geisler held an Interim CFO position at Alimenta USA Corp an Italian based food manufacturing company building the US and international finance function in the US and abroad.
Mr. Geisler holds a master's degree equivalent in business administration from Freie Universitat Berlin in Germany. He also holds a bachelor's degree equivalent in business engineering from Technische Universitat Berlin in Germany.
Founded eifas back in 2014 and started as consulting agency for process optimization and back office support for SMEs with focus on Tech-Companies and Start-Ups. Together with Martin Rothenberger he started developing eifas SaaS application beginning of 2017 and rolled it out. With actually 120 clients, 12 employees and 3 locations within Germany he brought eifas Germany in the right direction for expansion. He looks back on 18 years of experience in Finance (tax advisory, audit, digital transformation, several interim CFO roles, etc.) and is visionary.
Moe gains his relevant experience from the following projects and positions, among others:
Together with Moe Dorfner, Martin Rothenberger founded eifas Germany, with the vision of enormously simplifying finances and administration for SMEs.
With over 22 years of experience in the IT industry (B2B & B2C platforms; SaaS provider), he is leading the planning and execution of eifas’ technology strategy.Martin gains his relevant experience from the following projects and positions, among others:IT Manager (C-Level) and consultant for massive growth companies - such as DailyDeal Germany, acquired by Google).

After working with a variety of solutions from ERP to BI, we know: to unleash the full potential of enterprise data the right technology is needed – and it does not yet exist in the market. Solutions addressing specific operational data problems are used in siloes while a disparate landscape of ERP and finance tools make it sheer impossible to harmonize, access and navigate through enriched financial data in real time. And we know how to do it. Our vision has been shaped through unique experiences building the audit platform of the future within the Big 4. Our business team has audited and consulted businesses of various sizes and industries, including multiple Fortune 100 companies. Our technology team has more than a decade experience in building operational solutions. We have received seed funding and have made the first steps on the roadmap to building our platform.
